Last Hurrah for Summer 2012
Posted by AmorCielo | Under Personal Sunday Jun 3, 2012Last Saturday my kids together with 3 of my “pamangkins” (niece and nephews) went to a swimming spree in our new resort in Marilao, Bulacan – Hidden Sanctuary Resort. {Separate blog post will be written in my Brown Pinay blog about Hidden Sanctuary to blog about the facilities, the rate, the discount pool parts etc.}
It is just short of notice to the kids and there was really no preparation unlike our previous family outing with our whole clan.
It is our “Huling Hirit sa Tag init” {Last Hurrah for the Summer Season}. I thought that it will push through since it is already raining but my little boy insisted, telling each and every one of us that rain or shine we will push through. So it happened even with just short preparation and notice but it is has been a fun night swimming.
Most of the time, unplanned or unprepared trips turn out to be the great ones. It’s really good to have a summer-ender activity so that everyone will feel great about having a great summer vacation and be ready to embrace the new season.
