I am on the verge of buying an Apple Ipod Shuffle since I find it to ease my boredom during traffic, I had

already actually read several apple ipod shuffle reviews already when I learned that I won an Apple Ipod Shuffle Giveaway and PinoyRecipe.net T-shirts,

When a dear blogger friend of Domestic Cherry launched her contest with a stylish bag as a prize, I am

really dying to have it. I am also supposed to buy a new bag that I can use in office, but I put it on

hold hoping to win that bag.

Luckily, I receive a very positive Facebook message from Cherry informing me that I won that stylish big brown bag

that I really wanted to have.

I do believe in in the power of mind.

Now what do you think? Is it a power of the mind or am I just really lucky?

I think it is just about time to bet on my fave lotto number.

I need to buy a sturdy corner tv stand since the one that we have had already been wobbly. The good news is that I will be able to buy it the soonest from my earnest money coming from my online earnings. I previously blogged about the living room set that blogging has bought.

I just love blogging, I can do the things that I love which is writing and at the same time I was able to meet new friends and earn thru blogging as well.

I started blogging in 2006 as a personal journal without any inkling that I can actually earn from it. Brown Pinay is my first ever blog which was created as a bridge to fill the time gap between Saudi and the Philippines. My OFW husband would always want a detailed account of my kids’ activities and since there is a 5 hours delay in time, I would be so tired to recount it. Thanks that I had discovered blogging.

I enjoyed blogging and I had met several bloggers who had also been my offline friends. Thru blog hopping, I discovered that I can actually earn from blogging. Two years after I started blogging, I was able to make money online thru blogging.

But earning online is a work in progress. Being a blogger and having a blog alone is not a sure avenue to earn online. Here are some simple tips to consider:

• Quality content is the king – Quality content drives traffic which is needed by potential advertisers. Advertisers would want to advertise their services and products in blogs that are has high readership. This way it will be a win-win situation for both the publisher (blogger) and advertisers.
• Google still reigns – I never realized the importance of Google Page Rank until I started earning online. I learned that advertisers are on the lookout for blogs that has high PR. You can also command good price if you have a high PR ranking.
• Research and go for the trusted earn online programs – Googling for “payment proofs” usually does the trick. I usually search for the following keywords “earn online proof of payment”. I am not actually an adventurous person who would venture into something uncertain. I always go for the sure thing – those are already proven, tested and with proof of payments.
• Network with other bloggers – you can actually get inputs, tips and help from them. {I am very lucky that I am part of Pinay Mommies Community whose friendship goes beyond blogging}

I am so thankful that I can do the things I want while actually earning from it too.

Up to this date, I am still enjoying earning online. I am now a multiple owner of several blogs with different niche. But I am still maintaining my personal blog “Brown Pinay” where in I continuously recount my personal thoughts. Well yes, you can also actually keep it personal though the blogs are already monetized.

I hope that there will be more opportunities to come since the moolahs earned online really helps to augment my financials.
