My son is so inclined now with his guitar. I am so thankful that I was able to deviate his time and interest from playing computer games to guitar. He has just recently completed his beginner’s guitar lesson and he is now completing his advance guitar lesson class.
Last Friday, let me just be a proud Momma for while, watch and enjoy the video of my little boy’s guitar recital.
On the side note: After the concert my bunso asked me if he can buy an acoustic guitar or an electric guitar and bogner amp at Guitar Center. Well, I told him that we got a deal – if he will have good grades this school year, his wish will be granted.

At the church yard a while ago just today we over head an old couple conversing and I find it to be cute and funny.
The old lady told his husband to stop puffing his Acid cigars and stop smoking if he love him hehheheehe. Then the old man replied back “of course I love you, but this is my only vice, for all my life I never cheated you, I never have any girls around other than you so please don’t take smoking away from me”. Then the old lady just shrug her shoulder and uttered “bolero kang matanda ka, tumigil ka na” {he is asking his husband to stop sweet talking him} hehehehe.

I can now feel that election season is now in the air. Here in Bulacan, every corner and yes even the poorly trees hang the tarps of the many faces of those “trapo – traditional politicians”. TV commercials of politicians smiling with all their glory and flaunting their many achievements are being played all day long. For sure candidates are already preparing for their marketing collaterals. I am pretty sure that Gang Nam Style will be one of the most abused and used beat for the candidates campaign jingle come election campaign period, business of wholesale flyers and election paraphernalia will really make a killing this campaign period.
As usual, this coming election will surely be another one for the record – colorful and crazy election. This will be another season of broken promises and goody goody images. I hope that the new breed of leaders will emerge – Leaders who has pure intent to lead the Filipinos for a better future
As a voter, let us exercise our Rights to suffrage – our rights to select the rightful leaders of our country. Apart from being a privilege, it is also our responsibility to vote. Let us not forget about the lesson of our past. Let us not vote because a certain candidate can do us a favor because of personal connections. Vote for someone who can really make a difference in our society, community and in our country. Vote with our conscience. Our Vote is important for a leap to a better Pilipinas.

I am done reading a magazine and I wonder if yoga can indeed help lose weight. If there is any truth in it, how I wish that I don’t have this cervical spondylosis so I can try all those flexi yoga poses for weight loss.
I want to lose weight the natural way – exercise, yoga and diet.
Unfortunately, I am limited in terms of movement because of my condition. My PT and rehab doctor told me that my condition is already innate and incurable however it can be delayed if I will refrain from lifting heavy loads which can strain my neck and back.
Exercise is currently out since I can’t do physical activities. Diet – hmmmm it is so hard to discipline and divert from foodie pleasure. I still have to ask for doctor’s permission before I buy my yoga socks and yoga mat.
On the sidenote: Friends told me that I lose significant pounds. Well, it is not because of natural way – exercise, yoga and diet, but it can be attributed to my acidity due to my coffee intake. I literally shoo away from eating food since I am having this sick and uneasy feeling.
Have about you, have you ever achieve losing weight and achieving the desired weight. If yes, would yu please share us how.

I am certain that you know about Dickies, it is a fashionable and hip brand that specially suits the younger generation. Just when I thought that it is only for your hip casual wear, I was proven wrong. The brand is also for nurses – dickies uniforms is a trusted brand which provides fashionable and hip nursing uniform too.
Ever wonder why there has been an evolution in the nurses’ uniform.
Now gone are the days when nurses are only wearing white uniform and green scrub. There are many scrubs fab design already available in the market. Based on further studies colorful scrubs can lift the spirit of the patients unlike the conventional white and green scrubs. With the conventional nursing uniform there are times that the mere sight of it and the patient develop a certain fear or phobia thus the evolution of nursing scrubs / uniform.
